Description: This is a very action-packed shot. Two cop cars are chasing a guy through the street, and a helicopter is zooming in above them. There's a water tower on top of a building to the left. This is Chinatown. Stores such as ''Liberty City Telecom'' and ''Super Real Jewelry'' are stores on the right. I know that the word ''Jewelry'' is hard to see, but one particular frame will let you see a ''W'' and two partial ''E'' letters on each side. A car is on fire in the background to the right on the street. There's a construction site going on to the right, and the little orange lights are blinking on the construction barricades. This is just a phenomenal shot. It's the low angle that gives it such a great impact.
