Description: Niko is kicking a guy here, and notice how his right fist is ready to punch too. He has a jacket on here that looks like it is for cooler weather. The guy on the right has a backwards hat on. They seem to be fighting on some sort of construction site. Notice the billboard in the background just to the right of the guy that's getting kicked. It's definitely too far away to read, but it looks like a red car ad. A partial ''Honkers'' sign can be seen to the right. We originally saw this in shot 31.
A Sprunk logo seems to be at the very left of this shot, but it's not definitive enough to say for sure. If it is, that may be a Sprunk factory to the left, because that's not a billboard. In the background to the right and also to the left are bridges or, perhaps, elevated highways. Whether or not these bridges/highways connect to make one bridge/highway is unknown. Notice the water towers on the buildings also.
In this alternate capture, you can see that the highway to the top left of this shot has an exit where you can get off to go down to street level.
