Description: The most obvious thing here is Niko punching the other guy and that there's blood. There's a lot more of interest in this shot, though. Notice how the building behind Niko to the left of the shot has brick. However, it appears that there aren't many repeated textures, and that every part of the building looks unique. This is impressive. There are bars on the first two floors of the building's windows.
The telephone pole is climbable here. Do you see the pegs that you can climb up? The large building in the background reminds me of a hospital, but I have no proof that it is one. Notice that at the very top right of this shot that there's a railing around the outside balcony of the top floor (not the roof) as well as a floor or two down. There's a bus stop with a Sprunk poster on the side. A small home sits to the right. You can see an air conditioner sticking out of the upstairs window.
A pedestrian is visibly sitting, and he appears to have a headband on, so perhaps he is resting from exercise. Or, is he a hospital patient with a medical headband on? It's a stretch, but it's worth considering. This appears to be on a basketball court perhaps. There's some plants growing and some mounds of dirt around the court.
